A logo means nothing if there’s no strategy or thought behind it.

That’s why I only offer a full branding package. We first look at your strategy, understanding why your business is a success / what makes you different from your competitors. Then I create your identity, using all the different parts of your strategy to create a new suite of branding!

Currently, my package projects have a 50 day timeline. This gives us a month and a half from your Contract starting date to make the most of your project, and make sure anything isn’t rushed. You can expect your website to be launched, or your brand files received during this time, but please remember that you need to keep up your end of effort to make this successful!

For Ultimate Brand Packages, the timeline is altered to 80 days, as we’re essentially doing two packages in one.

Please be best prepared as possible!

We’ll start the planning process 2 weeks before your starting date, so the ball can be rolling for when the time comes!

A strategy meeting is always planned in the first few days of your project (or even beforehand) to go through any questions you might have. I’m here to guide you through this process, you shouldn’t ever feel stuck or confused.

The best things you can do in the meantime is to create a moodboard, find what you like, what you’d like to include, other websites that work well etc and keep it safe. Any vision like this gives me an insight to your mind and how I can best bring it all to life!

Branding and Website packages are relatively the same!

First, you submit a contact form with me. On my reply, we’ll set up a little catch-up to see if we’re the perfect match! If we are, we’ll lock in the dates and I’ll invite you to your very own Notion portal.

From there, we’ll wait until your Contract starts and get the ball rolling. We’ll have a discovery meeting, where I pick your brain about your vision!

Then it’s up to me, taking what we discussed and putting it into real life stuff! We’ll go through a refinement phase too, where you can make what I’ve designed perfectly yours.

And that’s about it! Final files will be delivered / website launched and we say our sad good-bye’s.

It really depends!

You might fall out of love with your brand, you might feel like it doesn’t represent your business anymore, your photos might be outdated, you might offer different products/services now… there’s many signs that might lead you to changing something up!

I love being part of your biz life, more than just the first time we meet. I do offer ‘ VIP design days’ for my past clients, so if you need a website refresh, or a brand update, we’ll work together closely for a day or two to get it aligning with your values again!

This is explained further in your Contract, but Emerson Fielke Creative owns all the rights, until the final payment is made and the Contract is over. By signing the Contract, you allow Emerson Fielke Creative to use the final outcome for promotional purposes.
